Simple and solid place to stay. l liked how it was close to the shopping areas and airport.

The staff was amazing and very welcoming. The room was very large and had everything we needed. Super clean. The only complaint was that the dryer did not dry our clothes appropriately. Also, you cannot get breakfast there unless you order the night before. No other facilities on site for eating. Overall, it was an excellent stay and I highly suggest it!

The recently refurbished rooms were brilliant - clean and spacious. Each room has it's own personal Wi-fi which doesn't always connect and resetting with the TV...staff were very happy to help with this. The staff were helpful but it was clear they were overstretched and needed more support especially at breakfast where some food was running out and tables needed to be cleared and people were awaited to be seated. It must be noted that the breakfast selection is superb with traditional Okinawan dishes, salads, hot drinks, pastries including the bitter gourd and seaweed. The hotel is on an incline from the main high street but is a convenient location to central Naha. All in all a great stay.

Right off the bat, it was difficult to find as Apple Maps took me to a bridge, and told me I’d arrived, which was scary because I was on the high road that goes above the water. On arrival i thought that the surrounding area gave IITG RA TA TA TA, it’s industrial and not walkable one bit. The concierge staff were lifeless, not welcoming or friendly which is the bare minimum in my opinion. The room is a bit run down, feels old and when you see the overly mouldy shower head it’ll make you question the overall cleanliness of the entire room. Let’s just say, I felt cleaner not showering. The amenities was the highlight for me, as the quality was pretty good for hotel standard, but that’s where it stops for me.

Great location and friendly staff. Room is clean and practical.
