Best hotel in Hanoi. The hotel is truly amazing and service is the best we have ever received from a hotel anywhere in the world.
The team work together to deliver true excellence in everything they do. They really focus on everything possible, even the smallest things to make the stay wonderful.
The location is perfect within the Old Quarter, everything within walking distance but also not in the middle of too much chaos.
We highly recommend staying here if you visit.

Room was clean and comfortable. Food was great. Most of all, staff were exceptional. Everyone was very courteous and respectful. Ms Nancy was especially helpful and very accommodating with our requests. She helped arranged our trip to Sapa and day cruise in Halong Bay.

the hospitality was out of this world. Paul & Mike were great.
the beds were super hard....all springs. I'm knocking off one star due to the bed.
Knocking off another star due to construction next door that really, really bothered us every morning

We stayed for a week, which is a bit long for Hanoi but we had a very pleasant stay here. Very clean, friendly staff and good breakfast options - one of the best we’ve experienced in Vietnam!
Pool is small but convenient for days you want to stay out of the heat! Gorgeous roof top bar with views over the lake and the old quarter.

But. The hotel is being renovated and i was not informed of this. So it made my stay my less enjoyable
