The hotel & room is clean with safety box, kettle, tea/coffee box , 2 bottles water in fridge. The distance is around 3 minutes from train station, with all shops restaurants around，very convenient. The buffet is impressive, with american standards, servers wearing butlers uniforms, with variety foods, scrambled eggs and bacon, fresh fruits, yogurt, the best of my trip. The towels quality is much better than european hotels provided． i told manager The internet was unstable after 2 am in the morning before i left, he immediately checked with internet provider, very responsive in doing that. The price is good. i would recommend this hotel．

Staff was very helpful and courteous.

My second stay at this well positioned hotel, although the quality of the accommodation this time fell far short of what I experienced during my first visit. Even though it was a different room category this time, it was no more than a 2 star standard. Very disappointing.

The hotel is perfectly located but a little tired. Half the plug sockets in our room weren’t working which was an irritation. The room with a sea view was otherwise fine - a good size with a small balcony. Breakfast was good - a wide variety of food and not too over crowded. I’d stay again.

The staff was so warm and welcoming. Everyone we encountered was amazing - from the front desk to the concierge. We just stoped over for a night and glad we chose this location over the pretentious and overpriced sister hotel Belles Rives.

We stayed at this hotel for 14 days. It was exceptionally clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful and polite. Everyone in the concierge department was also very helpful. Rami, in particular, was incredibly gracious and helpful in assisting us in exploring the town and its surroundings. We will definitely be returning. Wow! This hotel is hands down one of the nicest I’ve been to in 20 years of traveling for personal and business reasons! The staff were all great! The rooms were exceptionally clean and had great products, linens and that fancy toilet! Hahah I felt like a princess my entire stay and can’t wait to come back!

Charming little Hotel I have stayed there several times and I will be back.
