Beautiful clean resort with friendly staff. The whole resort truly has the Zen vibe. Complementary tai chi session with the master every morning. Walk to the Yulong River. Highly recommended and will return.

Pros: the grounds are beautiful, the location is great and close to many natural sites, and our room was large. Cons: food was pretty bad, service was generally bad, HVAC in our room didn’t work well, and the staff didn’t speak much if any English.

THE noisiest + no breakfast
The Expedia description says “breakfast served for surcharge”, but I was told at the front desk that they don’t serve breakfast. There are many restaurants around but no bakeries or supermarkets that sell real groceries for picnics. I had to eat at Chinese restaurants x2 a day, and munched energy ...
