The Rooms here are very small. I found the hallway sometimes smelled of smoke. But it’s a non-smoking hotel. It’s next to the subway station. They offer free coffee, free tea and soda in the lobby. A continental breakfast of hard boiled eggs and pastries is offered. The soda machine was a bit dirty.
Lawsons convenient store is next door. There are lots of restaurants and Bars near by. There is even a Burger King across the street.
I went to the dinosaur museum on the next subway stop over. I also went to the Osaka Zoo near by too.
Going to Namba was easy too.

The hotel was particular about certain rules, but there were no issues with the property if you followed the instructions. The property wasn't the cleanest, but that is more due to the age of the property rather than the staff not cleaning, which they were diligent in doing. All in all a fine stay, ...
