Great boutique hotel in interesting Yaletown location close to lots of restaurants, bars and boutiques.

Location and view of the harbour was fantastic.

Great location small room but comfortable and clean.

Our stay was disappointing because the heater in our room did not work, making the room very cold overnight. Around midnight, the front desk offered to move us to another room, but the move disrupted both of our young children’s sleep schedules, and we ended up splitting into separate rooms. Unfortunately, the second room had the same heating problem. When I contacted the front desk again, a different staff member was dismissive. Even after hearing our infant crying in the background, she simply told us to use more blankets from the closet or showing any sympathy. After the night in the cold room, our infant baby developed a runny nose. While I can’t say for certain it was caused by the room temperature, the experience was very uncomfortable for our family. Equipment can fail, but the lack of a working solution and the indifferent customer service made the situation much worse. We hope the hotel repairs the heating system and provides more compassionate customer service, especially for families traveling with young children.

Clean room. Not sure if I would stay again though as not very sound proof (can hear traffic and airport noise) in room and bed/linens not very comfortable.
