Me and my fiancee were actually really impressed with how good this place was. Clean, professional, cozy and a great view of the city. It’s walking distance from Robinson’s Mall/Center which was is a big plus for me and the future wifey. Also, customer service as well as security were very accommodating and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again in the near future.

Water for showers could be hotter. They should upgrade to smart tvs. Minor comments, overall, a beautiful hotel. Staff was excellent, no complaints there.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The best thing was the kind and very good breakfast staff. Who helped and welcomed my wife, baby and I with a warm smile each morning. Really helped my wife and baby feel at home. I have to give Maria a special mention. Each morning she made my wife and child feel most happy and enjoyed breakfast each morning with her. To help and always check on them very kindly during our family breakfast. We look very forward to staying there again next time when in Manila.

Not a five-star place but it's worth the price

Everything is perfect except for some mosquitoes! 😅😂😊. Otherwise the place is comfortable.
