Truckee River Bike Trail Mountain Vacations

I stayed here on an Anniversary trip. The hotel itself is cute! There is however, room for improvement. Everything needs a deep cleaning, carpet needs to be removed, outlets need to be checked on a regular. If you’re going to offer a voucher for “free breakfast”, at least offer more than three meal options. Also, the website states two s’mores per visit. They claim that is what you receive in the one package that they give you (although they did offer another one). I also believe the hotel has water damage issues that they should be tending to right away. Other than those issues, the hotel is nice and have wonderful potential.

Nice but feels old in a bad way. Obviously it's a historic hotel but even the newer updates are worn out. The door seals are nonexistent, we heard every conversation of passerbys.

clean room Stingy in providing water bottles, tea bags. For the charge per room, amenities etc were ok. Brealfast buffet was good.

Staff wasn’t that friendly & when I asked if the room by the elevator loud I was told no that was a lie the elevator noise going up & down was annoying. Other than that my stay was fine

Room was clean. Staff was very helpful in answering questions and very nice.

The hotel staff was so welcoming and took extra care of our two children by bringing surprise cookies and milk to the room, kid size spa robes and slippers and gifts upon checkout. The food at Astra was delicious and the indoor pool was so much fun.

My family absolutely enjoyed our stay. Wonderful customer service and a great luxury room. Would definitely stay hear again!
