We had a room with two queen beds and there were 5 total pillows, one of the drawers was left open—which was just weird, and a used bar of soap in the shower. I had no working air conditioner in my room. I spoke to the front desk snd nothing was dine. You could see into the room from the wallway. Elevator had no been properly inspected in over a year. Hallway smelled.
