Room had hair in the bed and all over the room

Other staff dont like their job i think Not friendly staff . Washroom is teriblle Outdated . Soaking wet floor when we check in . Asking 3x for maintenance but no one is attending. Toilet is clog. Never check in again on this hotel Food is terible .

The amenities rooftop pool and bar are very nice. That’s the good. The bed is. I had to pay for actual ice first time at any hotel ever.. literally using a jackhammer construction on the wall behind my bed. See attached video.. They are listed as VIP member at Orbitz and had no idea when I checked in did not give me the upgrade I deserved.. my room was so basic no shampoo one towel, not at all what I expected for the same price as many other options. If you’re staying a few nights for a hotel, many other choices.. long-term maybe if you don’t get a room on the street with construction.

Rooms are clean and well appointed. I found the pillows too hard, but that just might be me. The staff are exceptional here....best you could ask for. The hotel is in a good position, reasonably close to SM Clark and the entertainment area, yet far enough away to be reasonably peaceful. The pool was great and kept very clean, meals were good and reasonably priced. I wanted to use the gym byt unfortunately the main piece of equipment was not in working order. I will be staying at Savannah again on my next trip to Angeles City.

The experience was good. Other than people out at the pool several nights at like 330 a.m. yelling.
