We had an excellent stay here at Okura. The room was so clean, homy vibe feeling and very spacious. The staff was all so helpful, very warm and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again if given an opportunity. Thank you Okura.

Service was very good but the room was NOT extraordinary to elevate it to a 5-star hotel. The bathroom was 5-star level though. I have been to better rooms in just 3-star hotels quite honestly.
