Worst ever experience

The place is falling apart.its not a boutique hotel..you’d be better sleeping in the street in a shop doorway.air con not working,sheets very stained..holes in the floor,serious trip hazards everywhere dining room a complete joke..I felt sorry for the friendly staff that had to constantly keep apologising ...
