North Pullman Pet-friendly Vacations

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, and the staff who checked us in and out were incredibly kind and welcoming. The location was perfect—we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, which made our trip so convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

Great property in the heart of the city

I usually book a hotel with included breakfast for the convenience, and typically they are okay. Hotel Riu’s FABULOUS. They greet you and check you in, then a host will direct you to a table. The food selection is FANTASTIC and DELICIOUS. Never had it before where I was looking forward to breakfast the next day (as soon as noon the day before). My wife and I skipped lunch both days as we were full from breakfast. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and clean. We travel to Chicago about twice a year for a few days each time, I always stay in the same general area and have had many nice stays at many different hotels. That has all changed going forward. We are 100% in on hotel Riu going forward.

We enjoyed a mini vacation to our favorite hotel in Chicago. This is our fourth time staying with the Omni and they never disappoint. Easy walk to the Red Line to head to a Cubs game. Steps away from shopping, bars, and restaurants. Thanks for another amazing stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They let us check in early, and I got an upgraded room. Very nice property, I would stay here again.

Great service

Everything was mostly great. Except it was a bit overpriced (especially the spa) and minibar person kept adding stuff I didn't use to my bill. Also they don't tell you what perks you have depending on your reservation. You have to ask. Also I stayed in a junior suite for 8 days and they wouldn't give me a late check out. Finally, they begrudgingly have me an hour after I reminded them I spent almost $9,000 dollars there. Gee, thanks. Front desk guy at check in was mostly unhelpful although he was friendly and polite. Tons of great stuff.
