Front desk staff was amazing and went above and beyond after I 1, screwed up my reservation, and 2, arrived well after check in time (like the next morning) due to flight delays. I'd been up for close to 36 hours at that point and they found me a room to lay my head for a few hours and then, when I had to check out of that one, prioritized getting me a new room as quickly as possible.
Rooms were great. Very close to a laundromat if that impacts your travel. Lots of restaurants (from upscale to casual) and the ferry terminal very close. Cruise terminal a short drive away and they were very organized when everyone was checking out and getting taxi's at the same time in the morning.
I'd not hesitate to stay here if I ever find myself in Pireaus again.

Amazing location. Near great restaurants, shops and the beach. Very clean, great pool, breakfast and overall amenities. Staff was incredible. Very helpful and so pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend.

Our stay was enjoyable, thanks to the friendly and accommodating staff and delicious breakfast. However, the rooms were somewhat small, and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. We appreciated the staff's effort to replace our pillows, which was a nice gesture, but the mattresses & pillows still need improvement
