Staff were very nice in the lobby and they held our bags at checkin as we were early. We ate on site teppanyaki and it was the best meal we had in Japan and most expensive $220 for 4 and it was amazing. Chamachi something was the name, Kobe beef meal. Hotel laundry was super slow took full 24 hrs. Asked for pillows and they said okay but never came. Excellent cab service and super close to food places and train station to shoot out to nara or kyoto as we did.
