We had a little problem with the initial room at the check-in but they went beyond our expectations to fix everything and to make sure that we were comfortable with a new room.
The AkA NoMad is so perfect and we will definitely come back !

Hotel is a little worn. There was ongoing construction on my floor. Minor detail but the remote control for my tv didn’t work.
The complimentary breakfast is pretty slim, basically just coffee and croissants.

The bed was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced and I travel a lot. Hard as a rock and the rooms would not get cold. Hardly a 4 star hotel. PM staff were lovely.

The TV didnt work for two days they could not solved the problem.
On Room 1415 one day on room 1414.
They didn’t make the room in two days we call 5 times and they did it.
Bad customer service.
They charge $60 for a coke in the buffet. It’s because you sat on the table they don’t ask if you eat something.
They try to take advantage of the guest. I spent $5,945 for 3 rooms , bad customer service

Clean room, friendly staff but they will look for any and every reason to charge u. U get breakfast included? Plus 40 bucks after paying for it, full stocked mini bar, broke wallet. We were scared to even ask for a garbage bag and extra towels out of fear of them charging us
