THe apartment was specious and very clean. Location was also ideal as it was not far from town but still close to conveniences and local shops.

Great ambience in the old manor house, small but still lovely. Rooms newly decorated and a very comfortable bed and linen. Good restaurant. Great value for money.

It was wonderful. I’ve been lucky enough to stay at some beautiful hotels around the world, and this one is definitely up there. It’s a character-filled property with stunning views from the Charles Fox Room. We enjoyed uninterrupted privacy, with no check-in formalities and no housekeeping interruptions. We were simply left to relax and reset. The shared pantry was lovely and it felt like home. This will be our place to stay whenever we’re in Hobart.

Our stay at this accommodation was exceptionally wonderful. The property itself was absolutely beautiful—timeless, elegant, and truly a special place to relax and unwind. Every detail contributed to a memorable experience, and we had such a great stay from beginning to end. A special mention must go to Philip, who was simply amazing. He attended to all of our needs with genuine warmth and care, making us feel incredibly welcome throughout our stay. In the evening, he made us drinks and desserts by the fire. To make our visit even more special, Philip surprised us with a beautiful birthday treat to celebrate my husband's birthday. The next morning, he greeted us with a delicious breakfast, and his company was so warm, embracing, and enjoyable. His hospitality truly made our experience unforgettable. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. We will absolutely be returning to this beautiful accommodation and look forward to experiencing its charm and elegance again in the future.

Sullivans Cove Apartments was an amazing place to stay in Hobart. The location is perfect. It's very close to Hobart city, Salamanca, and offers beautiful scenery. The apartment exceeded my expectations. It was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities were excellent, and we truly felt at home. The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They did their best to arrange an early check-in for us when possible, which we really appreciated. They were friendly, explained everything in detail, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Everything about our stay was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
