Front desk staffs mostly do not speak English. The pocket electronic translation device did not work well. It took much effort to communicate with the staffs. Other than this, hotel is comfortable and nicely decorated. Clean rooms and perfect location.

Great space. Highly recommend and go to Hanano (nearby restaurant) for dinner. Best meal my entire trip to Japan.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Rooms were large, staff were super friendly. We got off the Shinkansen and it was about 2 mins walk to the hotel which was brilliant. Lovely roof top bar, didn’t have the breakfast.

I spent 4 nights at this hotel and the hotel is conveniently located near the train station. The room was comfortable enough though a little small but the bathroom (bath and shower) were spacious. I had breakfast throughout my stay here and the breakfast was not spectacular. Perhaps the hotel could consider changing their menu every few days. Lovely stay overall
