Beautiful hotel, fantastic views, very clean, and the restaurant is amazing. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel is perfect, so many shops, restaurants and activities that are in walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel!

I had selected and paid higher price for a corner king studio hoping for a nice and comfortable stay, turns out this type of rooms are on the lower floor with extremely ugly view like construction and garbage site and next to a power pole and train rail, I have attached photo. Talked to the hotel and they switched us to a cheaper regular room on the higher floor with decent view ( half river and half building) without refund, we were only given ONE voucher for two for our entire stays of 4 nights. This is not the right compensation and in my opinion the hotel should have charged less for the corner king studio due to the ugly exterior corner.

BEST HOTEL I’VE EVER STAYED IN. By a landslide. And I’ve stayed in hundreds. The place was immaculate and modern, incredible location and the service was next level. I felt like a baller for one night and loved it.
