Great Villas, beautiful view, nice staff, highly recommend Aqua Vista

This place is peaceful, quite and very relaxing. Staff is really friendly, specially Tri My and Bich Hua they are always attending to our every needs. Thank you to the two lovely ladies for making our stay so enjoyable. Receptionist and all other staffs are really helpful and friendly too...Thank you so much....difinately come back again....

Excellent hotel! The first thing we noticed when we entered was how beautifully decorated the entrance was. We were immediately directed to the seating area and provided tea to welcome us, and were quickly checked into our rooms. Our family booked two rooms, and both were gorgeous. The furniture was all antique-inspired, with a lot of natural woody tones—perfect for those looking for a more homely/traditional feel! The service was consistently excellent, especially Nancy, who helped us with checking in and out, and always greeted us when we exited or returned. The breakfast buffet had a good spread of items, from baked goods to traditional Vietnamese cuisine, so there were plenty of options to try out new foods. The location of the hotel was also advantageous, being close to many different tailors, leather stores, restaurants, etc. Overall, this hotel was one of my favorites on or family’s Vietnam trip, and I would highly recommend it to any prospective visitors!

Tuvimos una experiencia magnífica en este hotel. A pesar de algunos pequeños inconvenientes, nuestra estancia fue muy agradable. Durante el check-in surgió un inconveniente, ya que al hacer la reserva se indicaba que la capacidad de la habitación era para cuatro personas. Nosotros viajábamos tres adultos y un niño de 10 años; sin embargo, nos informaron que el niño debía pagar como adulto, por lo que tuvimos que asumir un cargo adicional. Nos hospedamos en la habitación 707. La primera mañana nos despertó el ruido de una construcción en el pasillo. Al comunicarnos con la recepción, se disculparon de inmediato y nos informaron que los trabajos de construcción ya habían finalizado, por lo que no volvimos a tener ese problema. El desayuno fue espectacular y realmente vale cada centavo. También nos encantó el happy hour, ya que ofrecen promociones de 2x1 en las bebidas. La ubicación es excelente, con fácil acceso al río de Hoi An, además de restaurantes, cafeterías y múltiples opciones de excursiones, todo a una cómoda distancia a pie. Sin duda, recomendaríamos este hotel y volveríamos a hospedarnos allí.
