Cham Islands Romantic Vacations

The hotel itself was quite nice and clean, and we likely would have given 4 or 5 stars except for the fact that the room described in our booking was not what we were given. We booked a two bedroom suite that was advertised as two bedrooms with private bathrooms, king beds, separate dining/living area with table and couch. What we received was a one bedroom suite where the couch had been removed and a queen bed put in its place. And the second 'ensuite' was more like a powder room with a small stand up shower that couldn't be used without flooding the whole bathroom. When we brought these discrepancies to the hotel we were told essentially you get what you get. And there was no effort to fix the unusable shower. Overall the hotel itself was fine, buffet breakfast was good and outside of the room issue the staff was very friendly but be aware that the photos online are intentionally deceiving and are advertised as much larger than reality.

This place is peaceful, quite and very relaxing. Staff is really friendly, specially Tri My and Bich Hua they are always attending to our every needs. Thank you to the two lovely ladies for making our stay so enjoyable. Receptionist and all other staffs are really helpful and friendly too...Thank you so much....difinately come back again....

the downside to the villas was the kitchen; there is no cooking pans to prepare a warm meal or microwave, the villas charge for renting a cooking pans/pots for daily use, which is unusual for a high-end villas resort. hopefully they will make an exemption in near the future for not charging customers for using pots and pans.

We stayed in a Premier Double room on the 11th floor, the staff were excellent to deal with, it's a great location across the road from the beach and central to all things beach wise. A few negatives from us were the room is quite small with very limited storage, the bathroom is a terrible design and the sink is outside the bathroom in the middle of the room, doesn't quite work. There is construction of another building directly beach front side of the hotel and the noise from there is an inconvenience as they work into the night unfotunately. We did try to upgrade to a better room but the hotel was fully booked, we did receive a complimentary spa session which was excellent, overall a few negatives but generally a nice hotel to stay at.
