Pretty nice hotel but when we arrived at 8PM we had to walk around fisherman’s wharf to look for a restaurant because they didn’t have one at the hotel. We didn’t feel safe.

Room size was similar to first class berth in a cruise liner but with a large and extremely comfortable bed with allergy free bedding. Plush white towels were a treat as well as 2 mettalic bottles of fresh water every day. Room temp control was extremely responsive, within minutes. Concierge provided me with electric kettle for tea in lieu of Illy coffee maker in room. Excellent centralized location. Restaurant in lobby was great, with fabulous view of legacy designed vaunted ceiling & molding. Staff was extremely delightful and helpful All-round a lovely 4 day stay.

Only criticism is no first aid kit on the premises. My husband was bleeding badly from a cut. They had 2 thin gauze pads, a small roll of adhesive tape and 3 small bandages TOTAL available. Otherwise a lovely facility and staff.

The bathrooms were completely unstocked, we had to call 4-5 times to get them to come 45 minutes later. Despite it being a 2 queens, only one bathrobe. Overall, it was giving airport hotel not fairmont and the whole point of our stay was to have a fairmont experience and this was comically lackluster
