Very loud location walls do not block out noise. Can not control air conditioning for the room its preset.

Everything was great except charging to refill your coffee at the restaurant for breakfast $9 is insane. Been traveling all over the world and this is a first.

Clean room, relatively big for NYC. Staff was friendly and efficient and the hotel looks great overall. I definitely recommend staying here.

My stay was very brief (only one night!) but it was fantastic. The room we had for 6 people (superior w/ sleeping den & 2 queens) was so spacious - it was shocking! And the price was unbeatable. It was spotlessly clean. The beds were a bit low for us but they were comfy. The sofa bed, however, was not as comfortable. The kitchen was properly stocked with dishes. The property is conveniently located. The rooftop patio has lots of great views & plenty of seating. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. All of the staff was fantastic & it was so nice chatting with them but Janell was our standout favorite. She is fantastic! We will be returning!

Good location and staff. Easy access to Times Square, Theatre etc. Don't like the "resort fee" that is added on each day. There is not a business center to print boarding passes for airlines--they use the fedex area and it did not work at all.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The staff were excellent special shout out to Telik and Nick. Beautiful decor. I highly recommend it.

The bar prices are crazy expensive for no reason and restaurant staff are not really nice However the managers there are delightful
