Clean room but outdated furniture. Comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and food at Risen Cafe & Artisan Bakery 5/5.

Attentive staff and welcoming. Room was good size with comfortable bed, good views from the south side of the hotel however at time of stay construction site at the north side out the balcony at time of review. Good breakfast options.

Very nice hotel, good water park for children of all ages, rooms had good air con and were cleaned to a high standard. I had an accident whilst at the hotel and staff were very good, had a nurse on site and we were very well looked after

Very attentive staff and the design of the hotel is beautiful. The only thing I would critique is the depth of the pool (too shallow). Also the service at breakfast can be quite slow.
