The water is dirty w visible debriefs in em days in a row, the room is right above the street with ZERO sound proof. The room feels very underwhelming, the lighting is poor and the bathroom stinks. Not coming back

Noise transfer from hallway traffic and running water usage in other rooms was loud. Staff were very helpful.

This is a great hotel. Nice clean room. Delicious breakfast. Staff are nice and polite. Love this hotel.

This is a 4-star hotel, according to Google Map. But the room is very small. The coffee packet is instant 3-in-1 (coffee, creamer & sugar, which I as a prediabetic cannot drink (or for people who prefer black coffee). The soundproof is not good, and we could hear noise through the wall. Many things at the breakfast buffet is lukewarm or cold. My friend took a meat bun and found the meat inside cold. On the plus side, there's an anti-slippery mat in the shower. This is my second time staying at the hotel. I most likely would try another hotel in Taizhong next time.
