It's a beautiful hotel conveniently located next to Tokyo Station. Staff was attentive and friendly and cleanliness and service was top notch.
Things that were not the greatest - charged a 2000 yen cover charge each for me and my husband (our two kids were not charged) for the live music in the Lobby Lounge even though the music didn't start until one hour after our dinner - which is right when we were leaving/ wrapping up. We paid extra for the Horizons Lounge - and while lovely and great service, the price did not commensurate with what was provided. When we reserved our room it stated that it slept four (we had stated that we had two adults, two kids) but when we arrived they only had one king - no "day bed" as listed and said that they were short of extra beds. After a little shuffling the moved us to a room with two beds but still tight...
