They have all of the amenities with the staff really make it perfect. My husband and I would stay again.

I have been with IHG for a long time and currently platinum ambassador. This time I booked the room through the third party as it was pretty complicated itinerary- multiple countries and multiple hotels. Intercontinental Osaka front desk staff kept telling me I cannot be benefited as ambassador this time as I booked through the third party. I understand. However different front desk staff kept saying that I booked through the third party EVERYTIME I asked for something- such as extra water bottles for the room. They only placed two water bottles for our family of three. When I asked for extra water bottles, the booking story came back and I felt so sick and tired. I seriously do feel uncomfortable whenever they mentioned this to me and I felt like they’re not a five star hotel. That was not a great gesture to remind me renewing my membership ( which is ending soon) or inviting new clients to their loyalty program. I do not see myself renewing the membership. I do not see myself coming back to Intercontinental Osaka again. It is truly a shame as other staff like housekeeping and doormen are extremely helpful and pleasant. My issue was mainly with the front desk. The room was nice and spacious.

We love this place. Our second stay with our now 4 year old. Every floor is a new adventure. And we love the nighttime buffet. We stayed both times in the largest family room and our daughter is obsessed with the bunk beds. Talks about them more often than our three days at Disney. Great location. Close to the train and shopping complex. Convenience store nearby. The staff were super helpful and we had a fun time celebrating the hotel's anniversary with special activities! We're hoping we can stay again soon.

Loved this hotel!!! It’s charming, and everything about it was lovely. It is near the train station which was really convenient when we came and left. And from the hotel we walked or caught subways nearby to everything. The best meal I had during the entire trip was hotel breakfast buffet. I could write a novel about it. Also, my favorite hotel pajamas were here as well. The front desk staff were so wonderful! They gave us recommendations and helped us figure out a few issues we had … all with a smile and patience. I loved everything.
