The room was clean and great.
A little negative point may be that they only have two small elevators, which are often full of people with large luggages and a long time to wait for.
I also wished that there were a safe in the room as well as stationary. The phone in the room didn’t work to reach the front desk.

Exactly as advertised, completely adequate for our needs. Location cannot be beat, it’s attached to the Hiroshima station where all the trains, buses and trams leave from.

Great hotel in a very convenient location and friendly staff. My only complaint and it's not just with this hotel is that the cost of breakfast is too expensive which is disappointing as it's much easier to eat where you stay than trying to find somewhere else each morning.
