"Cockroach in the bathroom, broken lock, no Netflix, pool closed early (8pm) so did restaurants, cobwebs and bugs everywhere, blood on switches, stained towels, no garbage bags, sink had hole, bathtub had weird gaping hole at wall. This is not a 4star hotel."
