Wonderful staff (Naren) who looked after us well after a long journey to singapore. Upgraded room was even amazing.

Great value for money, the location is extremely good.

We requested for our bedroom to be cleaned daily, noticed the toilet was not attended to some days. We had 3 people in the room, and we were supplied only with 2 cups and glasses. The creamer we had on the first morning was not fresh. It was hardened. Subsequently, we were not replenished with creamer for the rest of our stay. Breakfast chefs were quite unapproachable for special requests except for the last 2 days when a younger English-speaking chef was at the station. The rest of the staff in the hotel was very welcoming, accommodating and friendly. Good location with MRT next door and plenty of places to dine.

Clean room, great front desk staff, breakfast a bit blah if you’re American, might be better for other nationalities. Pancake maker always a winner, fruit selection poor. Otherwise great location, good value for price compared to other expensive venues in Singapore. I’d stay again.
