Clean and comfortable but not many staff to assist

Clean rooms. Excellent water pressure in the shower. We asked for our rooms to not be made up during our stay. They not only honored our request but they left fresh towels and bottled water at our door.

Good location, staff are helpful, shuttle bus is easy to find.

The room was so Beautiful, comfortable bed, the bidet was amazing!!! Love the convenience store and buffet was excellent!!!

The hotel location is great as a transit to Incheon Airport. What lacked were as following: 1. Lack of information on how to get to the hotel from Gimpo airport. It was fortunate to use the shuttle service, which appears to operate few times a day only, but this was not easy to find a location. 2. From the expedia booking, it was adults only. But the hotel was filled with family and children. Unsure what was the purpose of this indication. Regardless, the facility is great and as a short get-away, it was good to see displays, sculptures, etc. The hotel staff were also helpful and friendly.
