The staff was great. I did not eat there so I cannot comment on their food. The rooms are a little bit outdated but certainly serviceable. Like, way better than a hostel for example. For the location, you can't get much better on price either.

Room and bathroom and toilet are clean. Hot shower and spacious bathroom. Good to have shuttle bus. Breakfast could have more food choices.

Very very close to Sai Yu Pun MTR entrance.
Surroundings are many shops selling all kinds of dried seafoods.
