Our New Go-To Spot for a Relaxation Escape! ​My wife and I have stayed at several hotels over the years, but our recent stay here was an absolute standout. From the service to the atmosphere, everything hit the mark perfectly. ​It is officially our new go-to getaway spot. If you are on the fence or wondering if this is the right place to book, take this as your sign—it definitely is! We can't wait to return.

What hurt most was the milk. Night one, staff happily offered two milk boxes for my toddler; I said one was enough, assuming she'd eat around the resort. She didn't, the food was mediocre, so milk became one of her only meals. Day three, a staff member questioned how many I'd ordered, said it'd cost $15, then after agreeing to bring it free, asked for the empty boxes from two days prior back, as if tracking a milk quota. My husband asked why. No answer. That night I cried at dinner, genuinely humiliated over milk for a not-yet-two-year-old. To be fair: Assistant Manager Odonelle and team member Prince went out of their way to help us, and security guard Roy always made my daughter smile. Good people, but they can't offset a resort that can't communicate internally and made a mother feel guilty for feeding her child. Not a 5-star experience. Do not recommend.
