All communication is via app and Whatsapp, no front desk but they are very responsive and Im fairly certain its a human and not a robot responding.
Large room un a surprisingly quietlocation considering the close proximity to Pink Street. The two criticism is a luggage rack or other funiture would be helpful. Also the wall hooks and closet rod are extremely high on the walls, making them an awkward stretch to reach. Room includes hot water kettl, iron, many wall outlets & a very firm bed. Plenty of luggage storeage at the hotel and within 30m of the place.
