Everything about this property was amazing! This was a last-minute booking made under stressful circumstances, and it immediately gave me peace of mind. After leaving another property early in the morning, I arrived around 9AM and was warmly welcomed by Flower and her staff. Although I knew it was much earlier than the standard check-in time and didn’t expect my room to be ready, they went above and beyond by allowing us to enjoy breakfast at no charge while we waited. What truly made our stay exceptional was the level of care and hospitality Flower provided. She exchanged WhatsApp contact information with us and checked in every day to make sure our needs were being met and that we were enjoying our stay. She made herself available whenever we had questions and genuinely cared about our experience. Flower also allowed us to send our dinner orders directly to her through WhatsApp so she could ensure everything was delivered correctly. On one occasion, she even personally helped deliver our dinner. It was those thoughtful touches and attention to detail that made us feel valued and cared for throughout our stay. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and the service exceeded all expectations. What started as a last-minute booking turned into one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.

All the staff go are all very friendly and the service is superb. The rooms are spacious and clean. We are a family of 5 with adult and late teens children, the apartment is perfect. There's a construction at the front of the property at the time of our stay but we stayed at the apartment that faces the garden, so it was ok and there's no noise. Gym and pool are excellent. It is walking distance to the a mini mart via a beautiful small neighbourhood street.

This property had a washer/dryer which really came in handy. The property was quite and beautiful, great breakfast!

The wellness area, fitness center, and pool are immaculate and provide a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring Hanoi. Every space is maintained to the highest standard, creating a true sense of luxury. The restaurants were another highlight of my stay. Every dining experience was memorable, especially at Trần Dynasty Restaurant, where I enjoyed outstanding cuisine, excellent presentation, and warm, attentive service. The quality of the food and hospitality exceeded my expectations. I also highly recommend the hotel’s private car transportation service to Nội Bài International Airport. The vehicle was luxurious, comfortable, punctual, and provided a seamless, stress-free transfer that perfectly complemented the overall five-star experience. The herbal massage was excellent. My family and I can’t wait to return to this hotel soon.
