Really love this hotel. The staff is exquisite, helpful polite, and eager to help even without you asking. The managers are superbly trained and they almost read your body language from a distance to come and check on what needs to be done. Very attentive! Renovated property that is like an oasis in the middle of a challenging city. My too was very bright, overlooking Hyde park. Really loved everything about this place and would come again.
