The hotel seems not aging well:( half the power outlet don’t work. The auto curtain remote is the most confusing thing I have ever seen. It basically requires a lot of coding to raise or put down the curtain as we wanted. And one elevator out of three has been out of order the whole time we stayed there. We expected better conditions from our previous stays.

This is the best hotel. Safe location. Very Clean, VERY. Everything is in working order. They give you a huge fresh breakfast with really good coffee. Everything you need. Mario who runs the breakfast is so sweet and everyone at the front desk is very kind Dominique, Ingrid etc..
I stay here a lot for my job and it really feels like home away from home.

Location is amazing, room was big and clean, shower pressure was perfect. 2 biggest complaints are there is a night club on the backside of the hotel which plays loud music till 4am, for those who are light sleepers this will be an issue. My biggest issue is the price for parking, $60 per night plus tax for parking seems egregious to me. Also the security deposit is $150 per night which also seems egregious to me.

Spectacular place. Beautiful and so much fun for the kids. The only bummer was the ocean water was contaminated and so we were not able to swim in the ocean. But the pools were amazing.
