Wonderful welcoming staff, beautifully presented rooms, immaculately clean. Unfortunately did not get the time to sample the amazing restaurant menu. Peaceful haven when in London will definitely return. I would give it 5 stars except for the fact that my room has a large beautiful bathroom with a sink so small and low that washing your face, brushing your teeth or shaving was impossible without splashing water all over the floor.I hope it was only my room!!

The service and staff here are among the best I have received anywhere in the world. They were warm, attentive, polite and helpful. Everyone from the front desk up to our favorite bartender was amazing. Breakfast was delicious. All the typical western fare and a great selection of Indian cuisine which I had never tasted. We stayed in and had dinner on Christmas Day and it was spectacular. Food was delicious, the atmosphere lively and festive. They had live music. Finally the location was perfect. Safe and near enough to all the attractions. Definitely would recommend.
