Everything was very smooth! A bit small but we didn’t mind. It had all the essentials as well as a washing machine (the drying process was a bit traditional but again we didn’t mind) and the receptionists (especially Hiro) were very accommodating and amazing! We would absolutely stay here again in the future as it is in a very convenient location

Comfortable room, very clean, friendly front desk and clear communication. Recommended for families and needs a spacious space during the stay.

Enjoyed our stay. Good value. Like the bakery in the lobby for morning coffee and light breakfast. Rooftop drinks are great. 10 min walk to Keihan train station to go to Gion area or Osaka.
