I had a great stay at Premium Apart MONday Ginza EAST! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My flight ended up being delayed, and I needed to extend my check-out time at the last minute. Even though there was an additional cost, the process was so easy and smooth, which I really appreciated, especially during an already stressful travel day. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and really appreciated how accommodating and kind the staff were. I would definitely stay here again!

Better than expected and much bigger than expected. All the amenities are there. It’s next to the trains but we didn’t hear a sound. Very convenient and amazing space for what you get. Love that the toilet is separate from shower and tub. They think of everything from the little details of the things you need

The air conditioner in the room wasn’t working fully so our room was not cool enough. Location is great, minutes from Shinagawa station although it is an incline hill down, making it a slight tough walk on a hot day going back to the hotel as its upward slope. The small 7-11 on premise was very convenient!

Incredible staff at a beautiful, spacious hotel in a quiet area of Tokyo nestled in a beautiful , serene garden with a wonderful light and smoke show each night. Beautiful koi fish ponds and a magnificent 3 story pagoda

The Prince Park Hotel was magnificent. The staff had a birthday gift for me in my room before I arrived. The amenities on the property are very nice. From the on-site hot spring, to the in room massage, to the kind and super attentive and courteous staff...everything was wonderful. My room on 23 was non smoking, with a spectacular view of the skyline, shiba park and the Tokyo Tower. It was breathtaking at night. The room was well appointed with a spa like bathroom and numerous toiletries for your use. The bed was super comfy. I have to note you can purchase your room with built in breakfast. Its worth it. You can have an Asian breakfast experience. I enjoyed that very much. But the 33rd, top floor western breakfast was so delicious and has stunning 360 views of the skyline. The hotel is in a great spot to hop on transportation, be it bus, train or Uber. I felt safe at all times. With proper caution of course. The hotel grounds were very well manicured and beautiful. The hotel inside was gorgeous. There were multiple restaurants and shopping on site. I can't say enough about this hotel. 10/10 I HIGHLY recommend. You HAVE to stay here if you are visiting Tokyo. Enjoy!
