Treasure Island Ski Vacations

Loved our ground floor bedroom overlooking the marina. It was lovely waking up and taking a stroll throughout the property’s grounds and trails leading up to breathtaking views of the bay. One frustrating thing though wa their lack of towels in the swimming pool and bathroom. It took us two separate visits to the lobby and we still didn’t have towels! We ended up staying inside the pool for a while, waiting on maintenance to bring in more towels, and they never showed! It took a good 30 minutes for them to give us towels, for our room and pool. We also didn’t have a toilet paper replacement in the room, ended up using Kleenex. Unacceptable.

The facility is beautiful. I was greeted warmly as soon as my UBER pulled up to the entrance. The check in was fast and easy (thank you Gianfranco for remembering me and being so kind) the room was beautiful and spotless. The bed and linens were so nice and comfortable. My partner got a fantastic massage and spa treatment, she always tells me the spa and the people who work there are amongst the best she has ever encountered, and she is a self described “spa junkie”. The fact that we can enjoy a resort like experience with a beautiful pool, tennis and pickle ball courts, gym and spa at the foot of the Oakland/Berkeley hills is really fantastic. The housekeeping and support staff are likewise great, warm and always available for any last minute requests like a vase for flowers. I love the Claremont and we will be back for sure. 5 stars all the way.

I love staying at the St. Francis. It’s my hotel of choice every time I visit San Francisco. The hotel is great, the staff professional, friendly and personable.

The pub food was very good.....great salad and good burger. So convenient if going to a show at the Greek Theater. You can walk there and parking at the hotel is easy and convenient.

Beautiful stay, the front desk staff was mostly rude other than a new hire who was training. Despite that, would stay again as the area felt safe and facility very well kept.
