Stayed just one night before my daughter and I flew out to Da Nang. Would I stay here again? No. Bathrooms were not clean, beds were hard, pool was dirty and my daughter had to move rooms due to a bad smell in her first room. I think they need to increase their ganme overall. Cuatomer service was decent though.

We only stayed here for one night before our flight. The hotel was lovely and modern. Very pretty room. It says online that they offer laundry, but it’s by item, not weight like most places we stayed at. Something to know if you were doing a refresh like us!

Amazing stay at May de Ville Lumiere! Family with teen and young adult. Great breakfast and helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter.

Beautiful apartments and lovely staff, welcoming but not intrusive and the apartments had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. There is currently construction around the hotel which might be a bit noisy if you were just wanting to relax by the pool all day but couldn’t hear it at all in the room. Grab was always there in less than 5 minutes to go anywhere, and breakfast has a great selection!
