I found hairs on the bathroom wall. It would also be nice if the hotel updated the curtains and room furniture.
Before booking this hotel, I looked at the pictures and was especially impressed by the bellboys wearing uniforms similar to the traditional guards in England. This gave me the impression that the hotel was classy and luxurious.
However, the reality was disappointing. The bellboys were wearing polo shirts instead of the elegant uniforms shown in the pictures. I was disappointed because the actual experience did not match the impression I got from the photos.

I thought it had a very good location. Lots of walking areas. I felt safe down there.
They could do a better job with the beds and linens. Our bed had a mattress pad that kept getting loose and punching up. Pillows were big and hard. When we asked for something softer, it was not available.
