The room was spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly. Beds were big and comfortable. Many breakfast cafes around the hotel. Great park right across the street. We always stay here every year when we come to visit my parents in law.

Breakfast is above and beyond your standard American breakfast package deal. The hotel and room are impeccably designed with a spectacular shower, comfortable bed, and a nice mini-kitchen. My only complaint as with many hotels is that I wish there were more drawers so I didn’t have to live out of my suitcase. A great stay otherwise!

Everything is great. 7 Eleven and family mart beside hotel. Walking distance to Liaoning night market. Hotel will compliment you with drinks and snack in substitution of room service.. 1 downside are the washing machine and dryers. Hotel provide mild detergent and it cannot wash off stains on the clothings. Washing machine and dryer are outsource to 3rd parties vendor. So if the coin box are full, the appliances will start giving issues and hotel staffs are unable to fix it.

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt for one night and it was amazing! From the decoration in the reception area, the cleanliness and the beautiful room I received everything was top notch! As Expedia members we were upgraded to a one bedroom suite that had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance to the 101 Building which has shops, a food court and entertainment. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Room was clean and towels were clean too! I got an upgrade to my room which was awesome. All the staff there (especially the girl who spoke multiple languages) were very nice and helpful. You can tell that they go extra miles to help your stay comfortable. Amenities (unlimited coffee and water machine) were great! I mean I got more than I paid for! Soundproof was good too! I didn’t hear a thing at night. Would definitely stay there again when I visit next year!

The room was a bit tired - dilapidated. Can’t say it was clean. But for that price, I didn’t expect much. Quite like the quiet area.
