Shasta Cascade Ski Vacations

I’ve stayed at this property on a few occasions and have enjoyed my room and the amenities. However, the people who work at the front desk could really use some customer service training. The employees I have encountered at the front desk are sullen and unhelpful. Even when you first arrive at the property, you are not greeted with a hello or a smile. On one occasion, I had dinner at the bar and my food was delivered but no cutlery. The bartender had to go and deliver a drink poolside so I went to ask the front desk if they knew where I might find a knife or a fork. They suggested I wait for the bartender. I waited another 10 minutes and then a fellow guest just reached over the bar and grabbed me a knife and fork. The bartender was lovely and friendly, but the front desk staff once again proved to be subpar. If I were the manager there, I would do a retraining of those employees.
