Staying at this hotel felt like stepping into a beautifully preserved piece of Yokohama’s history, wrapped in modern comfort and impeccable service. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with warmth, grace, and a level of hospitality that made the entire experience feel effortlessly luxurious, especially after 18 hours of traveling!! Our room blended classic elegance with thoughtful amenities, offering a serene view that made it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. The bedding was plush, the space spotless, and the little touches made it feel like a true sanctuary. The staff were exceptional. Every interaction felt genuine and attentive, whether they were offering local insights, assisting with transportation, or simply greeting us with a smile that made us feel instantly at home. Their professionalism and kindness elevated the stay in a way that only a hotel with such a storied legacy can deliver.

The hotel itself is beautiful. We were just disappointed with the a couple things. The swimming pool was limited, for example; my daughter is 19 years old and she could not use the pool past 7:00 pm!! A big reason we booked was for the pool. Extra fee to use the pool. No tattoos (this was expected). Gym closes at 9:00 pm. Make sure you get the high floor rooms, it’s the only thing that made up for the rest.

Good location right above subway line. Shop until you drop. A lot of good restaurants. I specifically like Compass buffet restaurant. Hotel room is clean and cozy. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and rebooking this hotel on my next visit.

It is a bit of an older hotel but it’s in the middle of everything. Affordable and only problem I had was there was so much to do in one area. There are tons of malls in the area it’s so densely packed. I did accidentally book a smoker room. But it was good and an uneventful stay on for good part
