Beautiful hotel and comfortable clean rooms. Nice location

If you like thrash metal then 501 is the room for you. Luckily we do. The noise stopped at 9pm so it wasn't too disruptive. Breakfast was really good.

The staff were lovely, very informative and helpful. We had a room on the courtyard side of the building and it could be quite noisy in the evening out there when they had events. Really lovely breakfast and good coffee drinks.

We had a very cozy stay here. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was worth the price. You feel very at home here.

Great hotel and central location. Couple of niggles for 2026. No safe in the room, no window latches so they are closed or at the behest of the wind, no heated towel rail or heated anything in the bathroom. No poached eggs or weirdly bananas. And as helpful as the staff were giving me access to the gym after the half marathon (as I’d checked out) to use the showers there were no showers. There was one (single) in the toilets but it locked. These little things let down what’s a lovely place but I wouldn’t stay there again Especially with no safe.

The location was great. The USB ports didn’t work and the outlets for charging next to the bed were buckled by the nightstands. There was only one robe and slippers in a king size bed room and the robe had seen better days. The slippers fell apart almost immediately.

We loved our stay at Hotel 1 Copenhagen. Beautiful property, lovely rooms and amenities, perfect location, wonderful staff. Our only complaint is that in the evening the music played in your lounge area is much too loud. We loved that area and were going to have a light bar meal there but had to move to the restaurant area because the sound was just a little better. For a hotel where so much is natural and serene, the excessively loud music doesn’t fit!
