Very convenient location, however the hoses keeping was not doing a good job. We stayed for 4 nights with a baby. The first day they didn't sweep the bathroom floor and didn't leave any new towels, also the toilet papers went out and didn't replace it. I have to call for a new toilet paper. The 2nd day, they put some big towel back but 1 was dirty. They didn't leave any small towels at all.

When I got there I found out the pool was closed- it would be very easy to let guests know this in advance as I would have booked somewhere else. Then they placed me in a room with scaffolding completely covering the balcony and there was a garbage bag under the bed. I called and complained about my room and they moved me (thank god) to a better room with a clear balcony. However, the staff that informed me that they felt bad for the other patrons since they are fully booked… And someone else will get my room with the obstructed balcony.
That room should be closed… I’m sure you make enough money with the prices you are charging. And again, no communication about this which to me is unacceptable. I would have absolutely stayed somewhere else if I would not have lost the entire cost of my stay. All could be avoided by an email.

It was the best experience I’ve had so far at a hotel. It was so quirky! There was a lady waiting at the door to greet us. The room was amazing and the staff just went the extra mile to help
