Manager (quintin )was so dedicated and cooperative. Also Ralph(concierge)and Allen(male housekeeping ) was so kind and friendly. They both were very hard worker to assist guests and his own duties. Female housekeeper Rari cleaned my room so perfectly. However, above floor guests during students events were very noisy and terrible footstump bothered my stay for couple of days. They were yelled ,talked very loudly and talked very loudly in the hallway. They just didn't care other guest' quiet enjoyment. Unlike most employees were friendly and nice, Asian housekeeping lady who worked on Sunday and other lady on my first day in the carge were not nice and not cooperative. Also on my check out day, two female front desk clerks around 9:30 am , both person's attitude were pretty rude and obnoxious. They tried to intentionally ignored me as I waited for check out procedure since I looked for manager quintin. Other then that, this La Croix hotel was pretty affordable and convenient hotel for the vacation.
