The staff was amazing and very welcoming. The room was very large and had everything we needed. Super clean. The only complaint was that the dryer did not dry our clothes appropriately. Also, you cannot get breakfast there unless you order the night before. No other facilities on site for eating. Overall, it was an excellent stay and I highly suggest it!

The recently refurbished rooms were brilliant - clean and spacious. Each room has it's own personal Wi-fi which doesn't always connect and resetting with the TV...staff were very happy to help with this.
The staff were helpful but it was clear they were overstretched and needed more support especially at breakfast where some food was running out and tables needed to be cleared and people were awaited to be seated. It must be noted that the breakfast selection is superb with traditional Okinawan dishes, salads, hot drinks, pastries including the bitter gourd and seaweed.
The hotel is on an incline from the main high street but is a convenient location to central Naha. All in all a great stay.
