This hotel was fantastic. We enjoyed staying here since it was conveniently located. I personally would not stay here if I didn’t have children but it is close to shopping and dining. When I booked the hotel, I was excited to see that there was a spa that was available for guests and also an airport shuttle from the airport. This is false advertising. The spa and shuttle is not available for guests free of charge. We paid approximately $50 to use the spa, so just be prepared for that.
The customer service was excellent and the restaurants were amazing in the hotel. Also there is nothing open for coffee and breakfast before 7am in the hotel or even close by.

This is such a fantastic location, close to Seoul Station, Myeongdong and a really great central location in Seoul. We have stayed here multiple times and would come back.
