The cleaning staff was not friendly, but everyone else was. The breakfast was fabulous and the room was fine. We enjoyed the pool. We will be back.

Everything was great all the staff was very helpful the room was very clean Victoria and Pricilla helped us out on changing rooms to one that fit our situation would definitely recommend!!!

The room was nice. The pillows could have been fluffier and it was cold while I stayed there. I wish we could’ve gotten a heavier comforter.

Everything was fine. The room was very clean and the staff very friendly. Minimal amenities. I was disappointed that I booked this through Expedia for $150 and my American Express charge was immediately charged $1250. I had to go to the front desk and straighten an issue out as to why they were charging me the regular routine rate when it was booked through Expedia. The issue is yet to be resolved through American Express since the original $1250 charge is pending in AMEX. We'll see what the final charges and hopefully I won't have to bother disputing this any further.
